EverLighten once again proved that every customer is a priority for us. We helped Sarah Hall create a custom plush toy for her son. The project was challenging and close to our hearts. The size of the plush toys was big than the regular orders. However, no challenge is big enough to stop us from helping our customers. We wanted to make the exact plushie per their requirement and make her son happy for Christmas.

 

Sarah Hall wanted to give their son the best gift - a custom plush fox toy with the softest material. Even though the order was for only one toy, we accepted the project. Every customer is important to us, and we follow our mission statement of helping people create the best custom items.   

 

Sarah was looking for a specific gift for his son. Her son wanted a plush fox, and they could not find it anywhere. They searched for the toy in malls and online for several years, but his son was not satisfied with them. Luckily, they found EverLighten through an online search and contacted us immediately. They were happy that we could make one plush toy for her as several vendors will not take small orders for custom plush toys.

 

The size requested for the plush toy was 18 inches. It was more extensive than the regular orders; the size for such orders is 12 inches. They wanted it as soon as possible because it was a Christmas present, so they wanted it to air shipped.

The customer has artwork made by her artist and photographer friend. Our designer created a digital mock-up immediately and made several revisions before the customer was satisfied with the design.

We immediately submitted the approved artwork to our production team and worked on the fabrics. We communicated about technology, material, and color. Before making the sample, we send the fabric images to the customer to check and confirm.

 

We sent them the first sample, but they wanted a few adjustments in shape and made revisions. We then proceed with making the embroidery. It was challenging since the customer requested the plush toy as realistically as possible. Our technicians tried their best to deliver high-quality products.

 

Finally, they wanted a different nose color. We sent them the final revised sample and were satisfied. Once they approved, we sent the plush toy immediately. The customer received it and was happy and excited. According to her son, it was the best Christmas present he had received.
