EverLighten once again distinguished itself from others by proving that we are always there for the customers, no matter the order size. We helped Judy Livermore create the custom patches she wanted. Even though the design was complex and the order size small, we put our heart and soul into making them.

 

Judy Livermore wanted to gift custom patches of Irvington Blue Knights. It contained the legendary logo of the school team. Even though the order was only two units, we accepted it. We understand how precious a gift can be for a person. Every customer is valuable to us, and we love to help people create their dream custom products.

 

Judy wanted a patch that could attach to a jacket. She was unfamiliar with patches and unsure about the patch she wanted. Our service team sent samples of different patches and explained everything about them. She agreed to the embroidered patch with 4.2 * 4.2 inches, without backing - suitable for sew-on - and embroidered borders with 75% thread coverage.

 

She provided us with the design of the patch; it was complex. We communicated various times with her, and our experts offered many bits of advice for the artwork, patch size, text size, etc. The patch had small text, but our designer adjusted that many times for embroidering them. Finally, we made the sample.

 

We sent the mock-up to her. However, she wanted to change the border to white. Our designer revised the mock-up, and they loved the final one. Judy placed the order, and we proceeded to make the sample. The sample was approved immediately, and we went ahead with the production.

They were thrilled because we accepted such a small order. Judy was satisfied with the communication, overall service, and quality.
