These tests help ensure they are durable and high quality. Tests for 100% quality assurance: We perform several tests to ensure everything is perfect.
Roundness Test
We roll the ball along a flat surface to ensure it is perfectly round. Any deviation from roundness can affect the ball's flight path.
Air Retention Test
The ball is inflated to the recommended pressure and left overnight to check that it maintains its shape and air pressure.
Compression Test
The ball is subjected to a specific amount of force to measure its resistance to deformation.
Water Absorption Test
The ball is soaked in water for a specific time and then weighed to determine how much water it has absorbed. It is crucial because a wet ball can be more difficult to grip and can affect the flight path.
Durability Test
The ball is kicked against a hard surface to test its durability and resistance to wear and tear.
Performance Test
We test the ball for its flight characteristics, including speed, accuracy, and distance.
Lacing Test
We test the laces to ensure they are securely attached and will not come loose during play.

The quality of our balls differs for each type of ball as we use better and more expensive materials for the higher quality ball required. The most expensive ball might not necessarily be the perfect ball for you.
Even though each ball might use slightly different fabrics and perform differently, they all follow the same high-level procedures, and we never compromise on quality.
Our Guarantee:
- We always use Grade A Fabrics, whether Polyurethane Leather or PVC and never compromise this by using cheaper B or even C Grade.
- For the ball to keep its shape and perform at a high standard, it will need a minimum of 4PLY on the inside of the ball.
Besides our Promotional and mini Balls (3PLY), all our other Balls will be a minimum of 4PLY. - We use the Best Bladders available using a selection of the Highest Butyl and Latex Bladders for different balls, but they all will have butyl Air Lock Valves for increased air retention.
- We use 5 PLY Strong thread and make sure all our High-end Training Balls and Match Balls are either Hand Stitched with care or use the modern Thermo Bonding Technique to prevent damage at the seams.
