[About Center for Fiction]
The Center for Fiction is the only nonprofit literary organization in the U.S who are known for special literary events, including innovative panels, lectures, and conversations. It originated in 1820 as the (New York) Mercantile Library and in 2005 changed its name to the Mercantile Library Center for Fiction.
[What They Are Looking For]
Under the COVID-19 severe pandemic, the Center for Fiction had to change the format of the 5k race (to be held in 2021) into a virtual race. Hoping that participants could remember this special event and do charity to help the children and adults with disabilities, the Center for Fiction wanted to make unique medals for them in the tough times. It would be their first year hosting the event; they had no idea about the medal, including the size, quantity, color, and design.
[What We Do For Them]
EverLighten is always here. After communicating with us, they shared two design elements respectively, their logo and the words. They said that they trusted us very much for the whole design and gave us full responsibility. Then, our professional designers made a deep investigation and chose the most popular color, shape, size, and ribbon of medals combined with the two designing elements. When we received our design, they were satisfied, but they provided feedback and wanted to change some details. According to their recommendations, we made four modifications in total. Center for Fiction eventually was highly content with the medal we produced and moved by our patient services. From two design elements to the sample, we were very patient to make our customers super satisfied.
[The Outcome]
We produced 200 medals for the Center for Fiction and inspected every production piece to ensure every detail was perfect. Center for Fiction is super happy to cooperate with us.
