The custom patch design looked straightforward. It was challenging to create the exact design because of the tiny details. However, EverLighten’s team has over eighteen years of experience, and with the latest machines and expertise, we created the exact sample within four days. We sent the sample to them to check, and they were satisfied and approved the production - we completed it in ten days. However, the next challenge was to deliver them - the address was a military address. Our regular express delivery partner cannot deliver to the address. Time was running out - we contacted many companies.

Finally, after a lot of effort from our shipping team, we found a company that could deliver at the mentioned military address. We shipped the custom patches immediately.
