EverLigthen is honored to create custom embroidered patches for Bo D. - a military officer. They were very detailed in providing instructions and knew what they wanted. It was a complicated design with many small details. But, our design and production team used their experience and created the exact patches. They were 100% satisfied with the result.

 

The customer asked us not to reveal his position and department. We completely respect their demands, so we are not disclosing them. EverLighten pays attention to each customer and their request despite the order size. We love to help and accept every order.

 

They wanted custom embroidered patches with 3-inches diameter and 75% embroidery coverage. Bo asked us for merrowed edges for the border and velcro backing. Every instruction was clear and precise, and it helped us finish the order faster. The communication went smoothly, and we did not face back-and-forth emails.

 

We went into the sample production after getting the details and instructions. After seeing the prototype, the customer asked us to change the shape of the eagle and adjust the color slightly. EverLighten went one step further and produced two more samples for free. The customer chose the third sample and asked us to change the backing. We complied and went into manufacturing.

 

The production went smoothly, and we delivered fast - although there was no deadline pressure, EverLighten likes customers to have their products in the least time. They were satisfied with the custom patches and thanked us. We are hopeful to work with them soon.
