After deciding on the shape, size, logo, and text for your custom keychains, you can choose the colors for the logo. Keep in mind that gradient colors can't be accepted. The rubber used in the custom PVC keychains should be only of solid colors. If you choose less than seven colors, then you will bear lower production costs.

The color matching process is done for your custom PVC keychains according to the approved artwork. Make sure that the color of the PVC product is color-coded as per the color card. Otherwise, the color of your sample or product will be greatly different from the design draft. After the samples are approved by customers, manufacturers will produce your products as per the order placed by customers.

 

 

Before starting the production of large goods, the supervisor should organize the work to ensure smooth production. A supervisor should carefully plan the dispensing personnel for the product, determine the coloring positions and prevent defective products from being produced.
