Our custom patches can withstand multiple wash cycles without fading and often outlast standard garments as long as you do not use bleach.
We will work with you to choose the
right colors and materials to try our best to match your artwork exactly.
We offer five unique border options for our custom patches, and we can assure you that we provide the best borders
for custom patches out there!
Merrow is a border sewn up and around the patch edge.
A heat-cut border is die-cut using heated scissors. This method seals the patch edge and keeps it from fraying.
The satin border is 1/6″stitch that goes around the edge of the patch. This option is completely different than the
merrowed border because it does not overlock the patches’ edge.
A smooth cut can be used on any embroidered patch. This border has no stitching on the edge of the custom
patch.
Frayed Edges are secured with interior stitch, but left loose at the perimeter.
